Now that companies know working remotely is not an impossibility, more people will be willing to work from home as they continue to take care of their loved ones.

What’s surprising is that this temporary change might just be here to stay as it continues to form a mutually beneficial relationship between those looking to hire and those wanting to make a livelihood. Virtual recruitment might just be what was missing from the hustle culture all this while.
